My next introduction would be Adam Road Food Centre!

There are a few stalls with good food there,

Firstly,

Stall 2 -Malay Food

They are most famous for their NASI LEMAK!
One of Singaporeans favourite food!

Their mee rebus is also very nice!

And the best thing is, the uncle is very friendly.
Who doesn't like talking to friendly people?
:)

Coupled with a teh tarik, shiok!!!

The skillful man at work!

Adam Road Food Centre is more famous for their Malay food, the rest like hokkien mee, prawn mee are commonly found outside. Do try the nasi lemak!!!!

Till then.

One of my Fav places

East Coast Lagoon Food Centre

They got one of the best char siu wanton mee down there!

This plate of char siu wanton mee cost around $3. Its portion is just nice to fill my stomach. Aha.
You can choose to buy the $4 or $5 one, which means more char siu.
Best of all, the char siu meat is lean and no fats!

Next would be the all time favourite Satay and BBQ chicken wings!

There are a few satay stalls down there and the malay stalls are practically beside one another.
Before you reach the stall you could be poached by another.
Personally I've tried all the stalls and generally the chinese stall has the best satay I've ate around!
It is 60cents per stick, whereas for the malay stalls it is only 50cents per stick!

After all the food, you will need this sugar cane juice! It costs about $1.20-$1.50.
And there are a few stalls around.

Cheap and filling hawker food in Lagoon Food Centre.
After dinner you can take a walk around the beach just beside the hawker, or the Bedok Jetty within mins of walk nearby. Enjoy the breeze too!

 O' Baked Rice

Hello all, This is my easiest and favourite food I love to cook at home when Im lazy and stucked at home with my usual ingredients.

You will need :

Prego mushroom carbonara sauce
Mushrooms according to your liking + preference (You can add more if u want)
100g Diced chicken
Mozzarella Cheese
Rice
Microwavable Bowl/ Aluminium Bowl (To bake)

Firstly, stir fry the diced chicken on low heat. Then add in the mushrooms.
 Cook till slightly brown.

Secondly, add in the carbonara sauce on low heat and cook till it slightly boil.

You may wan to add in 50g of hot water if you think the sauce is too thick.

Prepare the rice on bowl and pour sauce over it.

Lastly, add in the mozzarella cheese and bake for 15mins or until golden brown.

-

A very easy to cook recipe. Suitable for people who likes fuss-free cooking.

-

Overall for me all these took less than 30mins.
My sister loves it too, and now she's cooking it herself!
Perfect for lazy saturday afternoons.
Try it yourself!
